Beachside Yoga x Sandy Hook National Park
We began with one event last summer. Then kept adding as each event sold out. East coast Summer sunrise, powerful movement, staring out at the beach, kissed by the breeze. This just sells itself out.
Inspired by my retreat mornings of sunrise yoga, winds blowing from whatever sea or ocean we’ve been near- Mediterranean, Adriatic, Caribbean, Atlantic- I wanted to share that magic locally- we don’t need to board a plane to Mexico or Europe!
Our yoga spot is unbelievable. The restored Sandy Hook National Park Life Saving Station Building—a lesser know jewel of a spot. We get to practice yoga under beams from the 1890’s, sand dunes + Atlantic Ocean before us, US History enveloping us. A morning yoga practice for ALL LEVELS. And for those of you who have been long asking for it—- not in a hot room :).
