We rise in our day to rise our mood + body. Introducing the Rise to Rise Series. Sunrise movement in locations that send us soaring.

Inspired by my retreat mornings of sunrise beachside yoga, breezes blowing from whatever sea or ocean we are near- Mediterranean, Adriatic, Atlantic. We launched this official series last summer + every sunrise session sold out.

This spot is simple + unbelievable. Sandy Hook Life Saving Station Building has been restored + updated so that we get to practice yoga under ceiling beams from the 1890’s. Sand dunes + Atlantic Ocean in front of us. History enveloping us. A morning yoga practice for ALL LEVELS. Natural air, no hot rooms. Just you + the morning beach breeze.

I am so honored to be partnering up with the venerable Sandy Hook Foundation. 50% of all registrations is donated to the Sandy Hook Foundation.

Bring yoga mat (and towel for sweat if that’s your thing) + water.
